Mix
5 cups rolled oats
5 cups rye meal
2 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup flaxseed
1.5 cup coarsely chopped almonds
Then add
1.5 cups water mixed with two tablespoons of oil. (You can also add some salt and, for an extra kick and if you´re not a diabetic, honey in the water.)
Roast the mixture in oven 200 degrees for about 30 minutes
Turn a few times during the period.
At the end, add raisins. And anything else you like in the Müsli.
It s the roasting that makes it special.
